Halfen-Deha S.r.l. is a company that produces and sells inserts and support systems as well as fixing systems for pre-cast elements and buildings, ensuring a high standard of reliability and safety of its products and the full compatibility of these products amongst each other.
However, Halfen-Deha S.r.l. is not a construction company, neither a design office, nor a consultant for projects or about characteristics and design of buildings and pre-cast elements.
Therefore the end users, i.e. construction companies, designers, site engineers and those responsible for safety must verify by themselves and take all necessary care and measures to ensure that:
a) the characteristics of the products they want to buy from our company as well as their quantity and position in the pre-cast elements or constructions are correct and appropriate for the stability, safety and appearance of the building and their use conforms with the valid standards and codes; furthermore the up-to-date characteristics of the products you want to buy from our company have been requested at the time of the order.
b) the safety has to be checked and maintained according to the valid standards and codes, as well as the compatibility of other products (not HALFEN) with the Halfen-Deha original products.
Therefore, and from now on, Halfen-Deha rejects any liability if the choice and purchase of our company’s products or the combination of the latter with those of different brands might turn out to be incorrect or inadequate, or leads to damages to people or properties due to missing of above mentioned checks and precautions.
