HALFEN HCB Concrete Bolt

The HALFEN HCB concrete bolt has been specially developed for fixing greater loads in concrete. The major advantage of the HALFEN HCB concrete bolt lies in its quick and simple installation.

Comparable with wood screws, the concrete bolt is screwed directly and without a plug into a pre-drilled hole. The self-cutting special thread of the HALFEN HCB concrete bolt cuts the concrete accurately and ensures a good fixing. In addition, the screw provides high retention values since the external forces are distributed over the complete length of the thread and loads are transmitted to the anchorage base in the most efficient way.

The functional principle is based on the special structure of the lower threads which are toothed and cut the concrete when screwed in. In contrast to conventional fastening technology they reduce the occurrence of expansion forces to a minimum.

The HALFEN HCB concrete bolt are approved for cracked and noncracked concrete as well as for lightweight ceiling facings. In addition, they are suitable for other dense building materials (C12/15, natural stone, solid bricks, solid tiles, Porenbeton) and offer a wide range of applications for:
