Quality features for Injection System VMU
The HB -VMU Injection System is an anchor system without expansion forces for non-cracked concrete. It consists of a styrene-free vinylester resin and a hardener component in a plastic cartridge. The anchoring element can be a threaded rod, a sleeve with internal thread or an HB -V-A Anchor Rod (see page 5). Using the HB -VM-P Dispenser, the components are injected through the HB -VM-X Static Mixer into the drill hole. The threaded rod
or sleeve with internal thread are manually inserted into the drill hole. The injection adhesive cures and bonds the anchored element securely to the backing structure.
